24 Hour Cancellation Policy
Fit Monkeys requires at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged in full. This policy helps respect the time of both clients and trainers and ensures a consistent, high-quality experience for everyone.
Exceptions
If you are feeling ill, please stay home to rest and prevent the spread of illness in the studio—no session will be charged. Package expiration policies still apply, with a maximum one-week extension, allowing up to five weeks total to use sessions.
Payment
Fit Monkeys accepts payment by cash, check, or Zelle. Credit cards are not accepted at this time.
Dress Code
At Fit Monkeys, maintaining a clean and comfortable environment is a top priority. To help us achieve this, we kindly ask all clients to follow our dress code guidelines:
- Footwear
Outside shoes are not permitted inside the studio. Clients are required to wear sticky socks during sessions. If shoes are needed, please bring clean indoor shoes designated for studio use only.
- Clothing
Please wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows for free movement and proper support during your workout.
- Personal Hygiene
For the comfort of all clients and trainers, please arrive in clean athletic clothing and practice good personal hygiene before your session.
Required Gear
To ensure a comfortable and hygienic experience, we kindly ask all clients to bring the following items to their sessions:
- 1–2 yoga mats or large beach towels to cover the mats we’ll be working on
- A sweat towel for personal use during the session
- Water to stay hydrated throughout your workout
Sessions
All Fit Monkeys sessions are 55 minutes and begin promptly at the scheduled time. Please arrive about 5 minutes early to prepare for your workout. To respect client privacy, avoid arriving more than 10 minutes early. If you do arrive early and need to take a phone call, please step outside the studio.
Cell Phone Policy
To maintain a focused and respectful studio environment, please silence your cell phone before your session begins.
